I wish the response would be a universal “fuck you, make me”, but who are we kidding: they’ll all surely bend the knee.
Problem is it’s not monolithic. There are great journalists in these orgs that would resist, but top down where they work is captured by monied interests. Those that, as you say, would totally bend the knee for access to a captured market.

Trump needs to be afraid, very afraid. Also, every right-wing GQP member of the FCC needs to be afraid. Like head-shot afraid, but I’m not advocating violence. Just make MAGA afraid.
