we tried every step windows gave us. we restarted the computer and the rooter multiple times yet everytime i try to connect it sais its impossible. i can manage to connect to my phone’s hotspot. other devices in the house are connected to it without any problems
Should clarify what exactly you mean by not connecting…to the WiFi. Does it connect when plugging in?
