Ok, there are about 100 of us here. What is the goal of this sub? Is it exclusively for Olympic style weightlifting? Is it for any of us who pick things up and put them down for strength and/or aesthetics? Is there another goal?
I would love to be part of an active resistance training community. Is that what we want here?
I agree about going broad, but I am not the mod. I posted to see where the desire of the group lies, or if the mod is active and wants to make their opinion known.
I am not yet Olympic weightlifting, but my trainer will likely introduce it into my plan at some point. I think it looks fun, but I still have some shoulder issues to work out before we dive in.
