• 60 ml (alcohol-free) gin
  • 30 ml lime
  • 20 ml cane sugar Sirup
  • A hand full of basil

Shake with ice to crush the basil

I just love this drink in the summer. Amazingly refreshing.

When using alcohol-free gin, I like to cut back on the sugar a bit.

      I like to use the alcohol-free “Knut Hansen”, unfortunately a regional german brand. It is a little bit on the softer side, but perfect for gimlet or Basil smash.

          The one from Tanqueray tastes a bit more like actual gin. Maybe that’s a good starting point if you’re into Tanqueray.

          I have to say. I prefer the softer taste of Knut Hansen though.
