I think a bit more reading is in order. The ceasefire agreement states that Iran will not charge a toll for the 60 day negotiation period.
Also, Iran saying they control the strait does not mean they’re charging a toll.

They’re going to end up charging a toll one way or the other, America lost and lost control, and thats really that all that matters at the end of the day.
