Some road diet and stuff on top will be great.

Game changer
Every city could use more greenspace.
Now I just hope they don’t get the federal funding, then have a mayoral change before we can use it and crap the bed with the money like we did for the streetcar.
Even if it just starts as greenspace that is a big improvement. I think we have plenty down at the Banks but more can’t hurt. I assume one day a good portion of this will have some kind of structure on top of it.
