I find it highly ironic how much I support Bob Vylan in his lawsuit against the BBC, and support the BBC defending itself from the Trump lawsuit against the BBC.
It’s possible to support the BBC as a cultural institution without agreeing with every decision made by its current leadership. Those aren’t conflicting values. In fact I’d argue that holding both those thoughts simultaneously is the only way to seek meaningful institutional change, as opposed to the ‘burn it all down’ crowd.
Perhaps you just dislike whoever is being the biggest dickhead in any given situation?
