minus-squareMohammadAG@alien.topBlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·10 months agoYou don’t need to disable dictation, it defaults to the last feature you used. So keep dictation on if you use it in other apps, and just send a voice memo and it should stick to that.
If you disable dictation, voice memos is moved to the right of the text box in messages (I’m on iOS 17, iPhone 15 Pro).
