Is there some way to use Nextcloud as DMS? It should be possible to scan bills with a phone and add this as PDF and OCR to Nextcloud, or PDF manuals and such things. All should be categorized and tagged semi automatic.

DMS = Document Management System. Something like Paperless-ngx, but easier…
I don’t know what DMS is but I think the OCR could be done on phone. And for making photos of documents this works crazy well
