Luckily with my dietary restrictions, there’s only ever one or two things on a menu I can ever eat.

If I go out and spent quite a bit on food, I want it to at least be something I like. I can’t afford to drop like 40 bucks on some dinner somewhere and then declare that it wasn’t for me and not eat it.

At least always ordering the same things at the same places saves time and most of them know what you will order without even having to say it lol.

I have this strange urge to always pick the most bizzare sounding thing on the menu.

“Oh, pizza with bananas? I have to try that!”, or " Gorgonozla? That sounds badass, whatever it is", and the like.

Especially if it’s a cool sounding name, regardless of whether I understand what is means or know what it is.

Most of the time, it’s not really good, but hey, at least I learned something new and know what not to ordee.

Except not, because next time I go to the same place or see the same name, I’ve already forgotten that I already had this thing and it wasn’t good, and the same process repeats.
