Hello i want to buy myself some lan cables and a switch. I want to cover a distance of about 30 meters with the Lan cable. To only drill one hole I will use a lan switch at the end. I only have 100mb per second because Germany so what would you recommend me?

Use CAT5E or CAT6A and buy some keystone jacks for easy installation. For the switch, buy a unmanaged Gigabit switch with at least 2 more ports then you need for future proofing.
