And they weren’t even political posts. It looks like he targeted a handful of users who post a wide range of non-political stuff all over Lemmy. Seems very much like stalker behavior.
He was rightfully warned and then banned from his instance.

This Court hereby finds the defendant GUILTY!
The defendant is sentenced to crawl barefoot through the forgotten drainage trench behind a county fair livestock barn after three days of rain, carrying a warm bucket of mayonnaise that may not be spilled under any circumstances.
And, friends of ths Court, when reaching the far end, the defendant must retrieve one mystery object from the clogged drain using only their bare hand, identify it by smell, and place it into evidence.
The Court has been advised that the object may be a corn dog, a sock, the best juicy part of a diaper, or something the veterinarian has asked us not to discuss in open session.
Afterward, the defendant shall consume a gas-station egg salad sandwich that has spent an unspecified amount of time under the passenger seat of a 1998 Dodge Neon. Water will be provided, but unfortunately it will have a hot dog floating in it. Hot dog-flavored water is the best water.
This sentence is excessive, and almost certainly unconstitutional, which is how the Court knows it has finally achieved justice.
