This bill is insane. Someone with just a Canadian great great great grandfather, and someone without, should have equal opportunity to immigrate to Canada based on merit. That being said, IRCC screwed up royally issuing and revoking those certificates, that was really unfair toward the applicants.

Shame on the IRCC for screwing with people and then having the audacity to threaten them after approving their certificates and passports.

Canada has no business telling people who is and isn’t a citizen IMO. That should be the role of First Nations.
