Nintendo’s takedown order does a huge, invalid, logic jumps. It’s 100% bullshit. The emulator is meant to play legally obtained copies of switch games with legally obtained copies of prod.keys. It’s completely legal to dump keys on a switch that’s vulnerable to it.

During operation, the emulators at the reported repositories necessarily use unauthorized copies of these cryptographic keys to decrypt unauthorized copies of Nintendo Switch games, or ROMs, at or immediately before runtime without Nintendo’s authorization

They’re still on this shit, huh? This is a blatant abuse of DMCA. The copies don’t have to be authorized to be legal.

Curiously enough Ryujinx remains untouched. Maybe Nintendo realised that one was a step too far given that they were pretty much harmless which couldn’t be said about Yuzu, which Nintendo sets out crusades against to this day as evidenced above. Man, those Nintendo lawyers are bloodthirsty.
