    Isn’t this nearly the idea of Florida? Retirees don’t need jobs, many don’t have children so schools don’t matter. Poorly maintained roads means off roading is convenient. Old people often like functioning emergency services (medical), but it is easier to die if the ambulance ride is long (sometimes a plus, don’t want to be a vegetable when being fertilizer is an option).

    The data center and data center (on fire) suck. The fire will be rather toxic.

      FWIW, even if one survives a data center fire in one’s town, there’s always the inescapable, lasting, pervasive rot caused by said data centers and their suckboi corp shills to try avoiding —or, at least lying to yourself & loved ones that it’s “possible”. To be accurate.
