I thought Planck units were either time or space, how is one a rate (speed limit)? Even assuming time and space are the same thing their ratio wouldn’t necessarily be a constant. If this is a genuine xkcd I assume I’m wrong but I’d still like to know.
I think the speed limit is the speed of light based and the distance is the plank length which is subatomic
