With a leveled-up enough wand of regrowth, plants trigger instantly and are guaranteed to drop their seeds, so a Warden can plant a swiftthistle, plant blindweeds until the time bubble is about to expire, pick up the seeds, rinse and repeat. Obviously, the usual caveats still apply: attacking or using magic ends invisibility immediately.
