Edit - I didn’t really do math, or stats. But let’s say exclude up to a midsized car Hybrid; yeah, that excludes a lot of EVs. Intentionally.
That would be, like, 10k pounds or more pay. I want it to be like 3500 pounds, maybe even less, although a Prius can be up to 3500 pounds, so maybe 4k. So maybe .004c per kg, or .003. I like it. Write it up.
