if you were vaccinated before 1976 you need to go get one to. Your immunity has probably lapsed.

I had a bone marrow transplant in July. I’ll need all of my childhood vaccines. We don’t start that process until I’m a year out. These scummy lil’ rash rats better not fuck things up around here.

Big piece of advice, stay away from grocery stores and shopping in general. I know it’s mentally hard to be locked in the house, but death by pneumonia is really unpleasant.
I had a friend who was doing chemo. He went late one night to get some groceries without a N95 mask on. He got covid, the flu and a third virus I don’t remember. Dead within a week. Nothing they could do.
I’m 90 days post transplant. Doing well. Exposure isn’t too much of a problem. Got the flu shot on Tuesday.
