• preachers are sometimes chosen randomly
• preachers are sometimes rotated to be sure everyone can preach
• woman preaches as well
• everyone can access a preach be it from their religion, another or not at all AND talk

for a bit of context, the jesus teachings have some truly emancipator and somewhat revolutionary shit in it. Follow god because it is a god of love. Do not because you are afraid of it.
