I’m dubious any time a developer says this, but if anyone can deliver on the claim, it’s Rockstar.

My concern is less about visuals, however, and more about how they intend to monetize the game.

To be fair, it looked like a ps5 game that’s about what I expect from massive budget AAA games

Yeah I didn’t think what was shown looked all that groundbreaking for modern day games. It looked great , no doubt about that. But when you consider how good rdr2 looked and the original trailer that was released for that, it’s not unreasonable to see these graphics as in game rendered cutscenes.

The quality of writing in that article is kind of bad. And there’s so many ads. All to recap something said in a YouTube video. Which is really just a way to insert lots of links to other (bad?) articles on the site.

Are we really reading this stuff?

The game looks great but it looks clearly doable in game. Knowing Rockstar’s past, I wouldn’t doubt that.

What is disappointing is that we get a female character, but of course it’s a beautiful lady everyone would want to go to bed with. They could put a better looking than average lady in the game, but why such a gorgeous lady!?

Or why not a normal looking lady like Nico Bellic, Michael, Trevor or Franklin?

    Press X to Doubt

I’m sure it’ll look good, I’m also sure it won’t look like pre-rendered trailers
