“Is the word given, Admiral?”
“The word is given. Warp speed.”
“Aye.”
RIP Walter, now it’s just George Takei and William Shatner left.
40 years later, and Nuclear Wessels is still so good: https://youtu.be/sf8rDpu1vCk?t=74 RIP Chekov
Can’t forget him as Bester on Babylon 5.
wtf? bester was on Star Trek as well?
He was way better in B5
IKR, takes some acting chops to be that much of a dick. Be well Bester, into the stars.
Also not listed in the article is that he also was a Comic Book Writer as well as a famous actor.
“Comic book writer…”
As a screenwriter, Koenig worked on Land of the Lost (1974), Family (1976), What Really Happened to the Class of '65? (1977) and The Powers of Matthew Star (1982), and wrote several books.
If you think that there is something bad about writing comic books I feel sorry for you. I said in addition to what was in the article, so where in the article did they mention his Comic Imprints?
Considering the sub that I founded and have run here for 3+yrs, that’s an… interesting take.
In any case, the subject of comics-writing is always rather fascinating, I find. You can read more about such at the link that I’ll drop off, run by one of the masters.
I think what I was trying to suggest above was that Koenig was more multi-factorial than met the eye, but perhaps I expressed it poorly?
Mark Evanier:
https://www.newsfromme.com/That is interesting that you assumed I was putting him down or limiting his credits when I was just adding an additional point to you took as a “I like Hotdogs”/“Why do you hate hamburgers”, when I added that he was a comic-books writer and said nothing about his other credits you assumed that I was ‘just’ calling him a comics writer, which was not the case.
I don’t care how interesting you found it because you straight up attacked me and the position I stated and if you were not trying to be critical and belittling, you did in fact express yourself VERY poorly.
Chekov’s gone.
Well, he lived long.
