Either this guy gets proven wrong and proven as a ghoul, or he just gets himself and the whole world proven as ghoulish.

Does he just genuinely believe that the masses are simply ignorant hogs, and I dont mean as a general insulting attitude since thats self-evident, I mean literally specifically to this, does he genuinely think that theres a lack of objective knowledge here that is driving hostility?
