Quite a entertaining end to an entertaining TdF with Pogacar attacking and a bit of a surprise winner.
I love what Pogacar is doing today.
I have an inkling this may not come down to the expected bunch sprint.
In any case, Rodriguez will need to look out for any splits in the peloton, cause Bilbao is only 10 seconds off a top-5.
Campenaerts will definitely give it a go. I don’t envy Rodriguez, going over the cobblestones after yesterday’s crash, hopefully he can keep his place.
Doing a bit of travel so wasn’t able to watch this stage. Sounds like it’s worthwhile though. Pogi attacking on the Champs? Peoples rider indeed.
One surprising stat of the Tour is that 7 of the top 8 on GC won a stage. Only Simon Yates (with two second places) failed to win one.
