Depends on language. In Russian only Cyrillic. Polish I think uses Latin. Are the Cyrillic words phonetically closer to what GOST would sound like? GOST is transliteration of ГОСТ. International Standard is translation. Or Interstate Standard if “государство” is translated as state.
