I guess most people here were thinking about people they don’t really share values with (let’s say reality tv influencers for instance). I’ve seen some instances elect their admins. No mod election yet, but that probably happened somewhere.

There is no option to hide a community from All at the moment.

Private communities exist, but require to add every member as a mod, unrealistic for anything with more than a few members.
