They do. You can take in tons of types of media even in small-town public libraries. You go in a booth and put on the headphones connected to the monitor or what have you. My college and grad school had full on film libraries. Some college courses are dependent on this sort of thing as a way to let students catch up on lectures and relevant material, etc. A lot of this access is unnecessary with technology today though.
