That’s incredibly comprehensive! Thank you so much for that!
Yeah, feel free to disregard my question. I was being lazy. My apologies 🙏
TIL, thanks!
Is there any sort of official bike trail map available, or is it all mostly relying on g-maps or Apple Maps these days?
Once I can get my grom outdoors and hopefully riding a bicycle, we’ll be able to explore a bit more
I love me some Hypermarket, but that collection of intersections is trash. I can’t imagine trying to ride a bicycle through there

3·3 months agoPartner made a chiffon cake yesterday for a trifle we’re bringing to our neighbors’ New Year’s Eve dinner. House made custard and whipped cream too. Blueberries and strawberries from the local Colesworths though.

2·8 months agoYeah nah, I was definitely surprised to see this in the store. I’m sure there’ll be some opinions on whether or not that’s legit Vegemite or some shady impostor

4·8 months agoOuch. Naturally, we’re going to have to sample all the different flavors.
Thanks for the heads up on the 1 month notice thing, that’s good to know!
Thanks for the recommendations. They all look to be pretty decent, and roughly in line with what we’ve been paying to Comcast, and arguably slightly cheaper for about the same performance.

Sydney@aussie.zone•Tips for getting through customs quickly?English
1·9 months agoAlas, we have American passports. I suspect we’ll be in for a thorough inspection. Inside and out. You’d think that the prior inspections we’ve had for the visas and the work security clearance would have sufficed…

1·9 months agoI appreciate your thorough answer. We’re flying Qantas both into and out of Sydney. It seems like the Qantas transfer desk will be helpful to a degree, but the big bottleneck is customs. Naturally, we’re scheduled to arrive at 0605, so right in the peak of traffic. Plus, we’re moving, so we’ll have more luggage than we normally would, and we’ll have our 6 year old with us too. I’m sure it’ll be spicy.
