I’ve realized that not everything is worth responding to, especially on Lemmy. Why bother? It’s not like it matters. That’s why the “deafening silence”. What more is there to say that hasn’t been a thousand times?

TLDR: If you want more traction for your new community, don’t spam fifty posts all at once. Post one or two posts a day, and keep it going for a while.

Thank you! It’s definitely been a bit of an adventure, for better or for worse. But tbh, I missed all the niche subs on reddit, and there’s no real equivalents here. Maybe one day, when lemmy is bigger and more normal people have shown up, I’ll come back.

Is it better? It looks abandoned by the new mod, and it looks like a copy of all the other lefty political subs. In any case, it doesn’t really matter.

He got banned from lemm.ee. Regardless of the reason, that means that people on lemm.ee, like this mod account, won’t be able to see his posts and comments. It makes proper moderation nearly impossible and completely unreasonable, because I would have to go to every federated site and check from their end what comments were made that wouldn’t be seen elsewhere.

This applies for every account banned from lemm.ee.

Didn’t I already ask you to tone down the race stuff? I appreciate the content, but Id rather avoid this kind of stuff. TBH, I dont know if this is starting to cross the line into racism or if its just being bothered by racism or what.
