They are valid concerns the system is set up to move forward not necessarily to produce the best outcomes so support external to the system is a needed part of a positive Healthcare outcome. It is just like, I don’t know what the actual best practice situation is for getting that all sorted

As difficult as managing interactions with the system are the people in it are usually trying their best. Few people in healthcare are trying to be malicious. In this scenario what alternatives do you think wpuld have a higher likelihood of being helpful? I imagine that scenario has like a 20% success rate. Which is higher than no treatment in these cases to my knowledge.

Yeah, but like, the Germans kept the homes they were kicked out of then they were given guns to go do the thing that happened to them to someone else. That was a seccond evil act done to the population. Not that it justifies their behavior but fuck, it’s bleak you know. We literally could have just given then a chunk of Utah and there would have been no significant negative externalities you know. So for some portions of their population they are victims of a fucked up situation we created. The window for that to be a driving social force is closed, but it is on balance, only a generation or two away from that. That is some heavy psychic damage to get through.

What are the odds that that they just tried logging into it and it worked. Like, gotta be higher than 5% right. There is a non zero probability that thr army had it set up for ease of use and didn’t think any one else would try to just use it.

WW2 required a specificity of purpose and dedication that modern America lacks.

You could make an argument that ww3 started just as soon as ww2 ended and this moment represents a possible conclusion to that era.

I don’t see any real utility in them overcounting their numbers. They seem more focused on damaging material than people. If anything ai would imagine they undercount the casualties to emphasize the justness of their war

Kaiba It is very artistic and french inspired. Maybe a little melancholy for the project but I found it deeply charming.
