Right now the multiplayer mod being developed will allow server owners to choose how it affects the server. But to answer your question, the mod is being developed more for a GTA RP type server. There will be no “co-op” mode to go through the story.

There are still a lot of streets and alley without names. I also wish the name were visible on the map.

The multiplayer mod, is unfortunately a very far ways away.

I believe you are right except I don’t think the pole moved at all. The ground seems in disturbed. And typically they are made to withstand being hit by a car. So more likely they backed up so fast that it sent the rear up on top of the pole and then just came crashing down on it.
