Reaper’s Gale by Steven Ericson, book 7 of the Malazan Book of the Fallen. I’m looking forward to seeing where all my favorite storylines are going!
My office has a couple of free standing booths with a small shelf to put your laptop on. The office gets a bit loud from time to time, so they’re nice if you want to take a teams call in peace. I always thought it would be cool if they were in public spaces.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. It doesn’t run the greatest on the deck, but I’m having fun.

I’m so happy that There is no Antimemetics Division is back in print. I found out about it right after the self published edition went out of print, so I made do with JVSCP’s reading on YouTube. I picked my copy of the new edition up this weekend and am excited to dig back in.

That might be fun. I’ve been wanting to reread it for a little while now.

He gestures to an empty space the eight cultists have made in the circle.
You shove your handful of Cracker Jacks into your mouth and carelessly drop a few pieces onto the floor in the process. As you’re enjoying your sweet, salty snack, you realize that the nudists are all staring at the pieces that you’ve dropped. You start to get the suspicion that you might have just offended them.
You’re in a damp concrete hallway, quiet except for the soft buzzing of the bare fluorescent lights. As you walk down the gentle slope you come across a nondescript steel door. You linger for a second until you hear a loud scream on the other side.
Cow Tools is a pretty high bar to clear, tbh
At this point, I’d be mad if I was playing a Fromsoft game and they didn’t have that animation where you’re pushing open large double doors.
