I think that’s kind of the issue with the movie: It has potential, but Taika aims always for the joke instead of building that potential: Gorr, Thor’s travel, Jane’s cancer, the city of Gods… Taika crams a lot of interesting concepts on that film and use them for the laughs.

Then, don’t fucking go into their territory.

There’s a growing stoner/doom/sludge scene in Galicia, I will probably share a few more bands in the future.

The Els Alfacs (Tarragona, Catalonia) road.

As you can see in the pic, it’s not the middle of nowere but a road following the coast with urbanizations around.

During the 70s, a truck transporting propylene crashed on the camping wall, besides the road, exploding and killing 215 people.

Since that, drivers passing through that road, claim to see human silhouettes, besides the area of the crash, like silent witness looking at the road.

It wasn’t peaceful. Madrid’s City Council has been pressing the protestors for days, because they wanted to start building Christmas decoration in the area, and the protestors were not ok with leaving.

Seems like they finally got an order to drop police against them.

I was thinking the same. Owono went with all the intention of stopping him. Since he couldn’t aim for the ball, he aimed for the player in pretty dangerous way.

I’ve seen someone discussing this with a lawyer in the morning, and the lawyer said if those weren’t professional players, the goalkeeper would be charged with manslaughter.

That’s why I can believe it shakes the gameplay that much: if Concerned Ape announced it’s the biggest update when Ginger Island is a thing… Whatever they are cooking must feel like a new game.

If the two paths clue is related with decissions having a bigger impact on the story, that would be amazing.

A couple of years ago my cousin, who also was my best friend since childhood, died suddenly.

People always talk about how you end accepting the loss and moving on, but when it’s someone who was there all your life, that void they leave will always be there, you learn to live with it.

Sorry for your loss.

Not happening.

There was a momentum, when Trump administration started to be openly hostile towards Europe, when everyone seemed to be ready to push back and cut all possible ties with them… … Just for the European Commission and Von Der Leyen to drop their pants, lube themselves and comply with them for the sake of diplomacy.

Best way I found to deal with it was not engaging, only if things got out of hand.

Me too. It started with subreddits going to shit because half of the content were repost bots recycling older posts.

Then, it started asking for an ID to be able to interact with subreddits and users with the NSFW label activated.

And now it’s a only logged experience. The platform is on a spiral of enshittification at the same time it puts more barriers to be part of it.
