I think Phil was cool with LGBT folks. Here is his live performance of Links on the Chain, and in the beginning he laments the purging of all the communists, socialists, and homosexuals from the unions. Always gonna upvote Phil Ochs tho, Chapo introduced me to him and I’ve been listening ever since. Fantastic artist who taught me about a bunch of things I’d never even heard of, like Ruben Jaramillo, William Worthy, the American invasion of the Dominican Republic. Great story teller and a committed guy.

I like how they can’t even rationalize more than one bad guy. You would think the first thing you would be accused of for shilling for the DPRK is being a DPRK shill because they think just that by itself is reprehensible, but no. DPRK = bad, all things bad lead to Putin, you support Putin. Obv.
