Edit: Finally managed to get the script to complete. My advice for anyone trying this is if you run into a 502 error it’s most likely that the instance is getting hammered and that you should try again later

How is the PS3 emulator these days? It’ll be interesting to see how these guys do with PS4 since the console has a different architecture.

I think we have to give credit to Valve for making SteamOS as polished as it is. Even if you put a standard Linux OS on a handheld machine it’s not going to be a giant success without software optimization

I’m sure Jellyfin considered the Fediverse but some projects like the idea of having more control of the community discussions they participate in so having a forum makes sense. I still think a Jellyfin community on Lemmy can thrive with an official forum in place.

I guess it’s an unpopular opinion but I don’t mind paying for YouTube premium or watching ads on the platform since the content creators get a cut of YouTube’s revenue. If a creator is making good content they deserve to get paid.
