I’d argue if you are speaking on the sharpness of an item it would be implied that they are supposed to be sharp. “Sharpest tool in the shed” discounts the hammer you have in there as useless when it just might not be the right tool for the job but it implies the need for a sharp tool currently.

They didnt overturn the ruling so the money was awarded. He didn’t release the money to her the courts did and you can bet he’s still out there defaming her and setting himself up for more lawsuits from her for that.

In order to appeal he had to put the money he owed her up front. They just released the money to her
