Happens often in English even if it isn’t the default. Chasm and school for example.

Australia@aussie.zone•Australia’s Teen Social Media Ban Is Just Training A Generation In The Art Of The WorkaroundEnglish
3·10 hours agoYouTube tried to age verify me and couldn’t do it using the card I’ve been paying them with, so I figured I’d let people know you can beat YouTube’s selfie age verification with high resolution videos. I used a 4k video of Evan Edinger and it just accepted that was me, despite being a mediocre phone camera aimed at what should clearly be a screen.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•With regards to cutlery, do you prefer a spoon or a fork for eating cake?
4·6 days agoSpoon normally, any cake I stab with a fork falls off so I might as well use a spoon.

Getting a new computer or getting internet that belongs in the modern age.
My laptop from MSI for some stupid reason has raid on the 2 primary drives, so if I put Linux on it I gotta get my almost 4tb of games back. That has taken me a long time to download, my home internet is rarely over 1MBPS. New computer, remove raid if the morons put it there, then Linux. Presuming all my games work, haven’t checked but I presume most do.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•How often are your windows open? What about during Winter? or during Summer? Do you open windows to let in fresh air?
1·24 days agoI have window screens, and a ton of bugs that seemingly don’t care and will get inside anyway. Generally a ton of small bugs that like light. The spider living on the screen doesn’t even stop them all

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•How often are your windows open? What about during Winter? or during Summer? Do you open windows to let in fresh air?
2·25 days agoRarely, I just have my AC on to make it hot or cold and the solar panels make it almost free.
Window open means bugs get in, and they tend to like lights like my computer screen and I’m sick of cleaning bug goo off the screen.

The more people that know how to bypass it the better. All it takes, for YouTube at least, is a high quality video of someone speaking to the camera.
Break all the age verification systems, bypass anything, be free.
