ShopCanadianStuff@lemmy.caOPto Buy Canadian@lemmy.ca•Full Guide to Made in Canada Breakfast CerealsEnglish1·15 days agoI like this table, I think like this a lot too, but if you make that kind of analysis with anything at Costco you are always going to buy the thing at Costco, which is the fundamental trade off of Costco, giving up variety for good prices on large quantities.
If you compare it to something like Nesquik which Farm Girl has a healthy clone of, I think its a bit more fair: Nesquik has 340g, 1252 calories, 18g protein, and is sold for $6.49 at Safeway. Just looking at those numbers I can see that Farm Girl isn’t really a low calorie cereal it is a high protein cereal. I’d be willing to pay the extra premium from Safeway prices to Farm Girl prices but I too would rather buy made in Canada Mini-Wheats at Costco prices.

The shock to me is that Kamala Harris is in the poll at all. What rallies is she hosting? Is she even making any media appearances? I wouldn’t be surprised though if the DNC pull out the super delegates to say AOC has lost day 1 if there is even going to be a 2028 election at all.
