I’m not sure yet, it’s only been a week.

What I know is that breakfast always been my favourite meal (French… patries and/or baguette with butter and jam) so eating that again would be really good for the moral.

Eating 2 meals a day instead of only one in the evening.

I’ve been working irregular shifts since 20 years and eating my daily calories in one evening meal. It’s not good, I don’t mind hunger and can ignore it but my body is on survival mode until next meal.

So I’m starting to have breakfast in the form of homemade smoothies (with everything you need in it) in order to get use to have a breakfast. Next step will be solid food but there’s no rush.

Well, you guys seems to understand how to import the good stuff from your friendly neighbours.

(To be fair, Switzerland being out of the UE is probably the reason why we can’t have nice things, imports are subjected to custom taxes and administrative headaches)

Tell me you’re from northern Italy without telling me you’re from northern Italy.

I can only find bresaola when visiting relatives there, it’s almost impossible to find a bit farther north in Switzerland. Hell you can’t even find good French products in Geneva where France is 5 minutes away, so bresaola is just a distant dream.

Hello, j’utilise depuis toujours un clavier Suisse QWERTZ (layout fr-ch) et je pense que ça vaut le coup de s’y adapter.

Il est juste beaucoup plus logique pour écrire français que le clavier… français…

Donc si c’est un QWERTZ allemand peut être seulement quelques stickers pour en faire un fr-ch suffisent et le reste c’est la configuration de ton OS plus l’habitude à prendre.

For the last 20 years I’ve been eating only once a day (working shifts) so I’m trying to reintroduce a breakfast other than coffee with milk.

To facilitate it I’m trying the “everything smoothie” with milk, banana, cereal, protein, frozen fruits.

Lunch: water

Dinner: The everything rice with vegetables and chicken or fish.

Yeah she was around Paris so something between 40 and 43, plus the heat from the road which is easily 55 to 60 (according to airports tarmac temperatures).

And the heat wave is supposed to move east as she was, so I get it, there’s no point in following a fucking heatwave on a bike.
