they seriously need to start handing out bans for such obvious simulations after reviewing the match. The amount of unjust calls by referees is a big obstacle in expanding the game. And what the football governing bodies do is hide their heads in the sand waiting for the public to forget about it.

Can someone explain to me why Estonia is more deserving of a Play-off spot than Norway?
