You have free speech, and have absolutely the right to be religious. But in an atheist majority environment except people to use their free speech right to reply you from an atheist POV.
I hope you’ll make peace with your sister, loving your family is more important than a religious debate
There is no such thing as even and hell. And even if there is. It’sher problem, try already to make the necessary to reach heaven, which often involve not being evil to other. If you think your sister made a mistake tell her, but keep loving her no matter what she answers.

I believe that very few European countries have jury trial, and often it’s limited to some case/part of the trial. So definitely not a standard European experience

Pas juriste, mais les recours ça arrive à chaque élection. Les assesseurs et délégués ont le 06 de l’avocat de leurs parti, et vont inscrire le moindre événement sur le PV. Quand tout se passe bien, ce sont des notes assez banale. Mais les municipales, c’est souvent chaud, avec de vielle rivalité et des trucs comme ça, on y a des gens qui se prennent à partie, des gens qui y tiennent salon et offre des faveurs voire de vraie magouille dans certaines communes.
Bref, les assesseurs et délégués écrivent tout, ensuite les avocats relisent tout ça, et si il y a lieu formule en recours, c’est banal. Tu vas pas faire un recours à cause d’une panne de chauffage ou d’une toilette bouchée, mais si il y a eu une alarme incendie qui a forcé l’évacuation du bureau de vote, ou bien qu’une clé de l’urne a été perdue là il y a probablement un truc qu’un avocat peut exploiter.
