Dependencies…? I remember accidentally installing entire DEs back in the day because individual packages required their entire native environment. So external maintainers basically had to ‘extract’ some packages from the dependency bundle to make them available without installing the entire native DE. Isn’t that sort of how it still works?

Downloaded more ram, got it
In Denmark ‘bodegas’ are essentially pubs that might serve food, but very often are just for downing pints.

I would much rather dual-boot than have them mess with the Linux kernel.
Isn’t it worth exactly what the highest bidder will pay? Where would the $155 number come from? Seems like an NFT famously owned by Logan Paul would sell for more than $155 anyway. Not saying he’d make a profit here…
You seem quite immune to this meme.

At least as relevant is the question of what the exact seat of consciousness/identity actually is. We don’t expect a mass of neurons to become conscious simply by adding more neurons.
It’s the yeeooww pew de pew pew pew pew … kachunk … chop chop chop fwosh KAPOW that I’m reminded of.

Staying open but hidden is what we call “minimize.”
That isn’t what happens. Minimizing means you can restore the current window as is. Closing a window and then clicking the application icon means a new window will be generated using whatever default settings you have.

Which in turn doesn’t quite explain what happens. For me, the relevant difference was that ‘trusted’ devices autoconnect.
Left/right, backspace/delete sounds so interesting. Does it work well for you?
What do you do with the rotary?

My question was what else causes artifacts like that, precisely so I don’t misidentify AI.
If you don’t see anything odd about the snippets: Look at how her collar narrows into a strange spike; look at how the cat’s neck basically does the same.
