7·7 days agoThe rule of thumb is “can I have this ingredient on my kitchen?” If not then that food is ultra-processed. Of course you have to apply this rule wisely, for instance, the list of ingredients that you can have in a kitchen contains only the traditional things people used to prepare food.

10·20 days agoTo be honest, I don’t think that changes anything. Once you got the relation Z = 0, O = 1, etc., or whatever symbol you represent “1”, “2”, etc., you just have to do algebra.
