Probably 3-5 times a week most of the time. Sometimes we’ll go a little while doing it every day and sometimes we might go a week or so without it. Frequency depends largely on how busy we are or how stressful work is.

I’ve been uploading to catbox.moe since redgifs doesn’t seem to embed at all for me, but yeah gif embedding is pretty rough. Pretty frequently only shows only the first frame as a static image or adds a bunch of nasty artifacting.
