The thing is, there’s absolutely nothing you can say to justify any of this.
Due process is a right.
Even convicted criminals in prison have rights.

While they do not enjoy all constitutional rights, they are entitled to humane treatment and access to legal processes within the prison system.
This El Salvador concentration camp has none of that. People go there to die.
