when you say this kind of thing you take away any autonomy the people of Iran, and their leadership have. All I recall from the past several months is the country that pretty famously doesn’t go to war, saying ‘we urge you to deescalate’ or similar. I’m not saying it’s perfect, they could obviously do a lot more, but without the support of the people I don’t see them doing anything drastic.
Look I don’t know much about what things on the ground are like in PRC, maybe people aren’t drowning in stories of dead children and starving mothers like we are on this website. I’m speculating here but I imagine a big movement to very suddenly cut ties with the USA and its vassals would create some internal strife in PRC.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, you don’t know, while I also do not know.
I need a break from this website, have fun with whatever it is you get out of this.

Good to note here that PRC doesnt allow investments into areas they consider to have have undue risk. The way investments were pulled from israel because some factory was too close to Lebanon springs to mind. That’s almost comforting.
