Game-changing, if legit.
Fodasso, if confirmado.
I read it as criticizing consumerism culture and the idea that technology alone can save us without changing that system
I use a phone with an unlocked bootloader too, but I only got a warning and pressed ok
May I ask what distro you’re using?
I’ve been experimenting with DEs on a low end machine (celeron n3010, 2gb ram), and so far, I’m still on xfce, but I forgot to test Enlightenment. Gonna give it a try.
I use gnome on my main machines, but looking to migrate to cosmic, and I use xfce on more limited devices.
I like the kde project, but I tend not to use it, because I find it a bit overwhelming, even after customizing it, it’s hard to explain. I have issues with too many elements in front of me.
I’m scared from the possibility of linux going the same way… we tend to think it can be simply forked and continued on, but it’s a software too complex for some smaller group to maintain.
I’d love to see the bibliography from that elective
Being installable directly from fdroid was what made me use it.
Damn, I remember installing it in the school’s computer and playing during classes while holding the keyboard just like in the game logo.
Yes, I was the weird kid.
Quite funny how that’s true for the software side, but on the hardware side, geeky people (especially on the foss side) are the ones running things until they accumulate failures to a point that no workarounds will do any good anymore.
I never though about it in that way hahahah. Makes total sense.
The universe was created along with the release os temple os. Everything before are just memories implanted on us.
That’s an interesting perspective. Do you think the same about lemmy? While also decentralized using the sameprotocol, it seems reasonably efficient to me. I’m from a small instance from my country, and the global content is easily available to me.
I just have a lot of trouble explaining how it works to people who aren’t tech savy… this is what I consider the main issue withthe fediverse as a whole.
