Firstly, I doubt most people actually believe an all trans, 100% indigenous-only, unelected assembly will ever happen. Nor should it, frankly. Not if you want to live in a democracy.

Yet we have kids born in Canada who speak various languages of India that their families teach them. You can take various elective classes to learn languages of Asia in many Canadian high schools.
