Generational categories aren’t real. They’re arbitrary lines made up for listicals and inflammatory content. There is every type of person in every generation, and most trends are more due to the natural progression of age than generation drift.

I’m an ex-Christian, but I spent my entire life until about age 19 very involved in the church. I’m not going argue against your faith or anything like that. However, a lot of these “contradictions” aren’t actually contradictions, but are due to the way the church re-organizes concepts to resolve the cognitive dissonance Christians face when the real world doesn’t fit into the worldview the church has ingrained in them.

I see the way I used to think in this post, so I believe as you continue to evaluate your own identity, you will re-evaluate these “boxes” that you no longer fit neatly into.
