

In this day and age, if I see someone talking about major life decisions in terms of +/-EV, I turn on my heel and walk away rapidly.
What if someone is taking a photo at a wedding, but the scene metering is a bit off, so they apply a +1 EV bias to bring the shadows into view and wash out the background?
